Getting a Library Card
If you are a town resident, you are eligible for a free library card. Please bring in identification that shows a street address and a picture ID and you will be able to check items out that day. Children (age 5-12) are eligible for a library card; a parent or guardian's signature is required.
Click on the links below to print out the appropriate form (or you can fill out the form when you come to the library). Sign and date the form and bring it with you to the library.
Adult Library Card Registration Form (Ages 13 and older)

If you live out of town, you may purchase a non-resident card for $50.00. The card is good for one year.
If you live out of town, but work in Hopkinton or Contoocook, you are eligible for a free library card. Please bring in a pay stub or work identification to verify, along with a photo ID.
The cost for replacing a lost library card is $1.00.
